21Bet App Review

T&C's Apply

21Bet is an innovative, much-admired betting company who are fully licensed in the United Kingdom and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission. Best known for its impressive odds, excellent support services and user friendly experience, 21Bet is fast becoming one of the most popular betting sites in the UK. The bookmakers offer a whole host of different events for users to bet on, such as football, horse racing, tennis and cricket, all of which have in-play odds available. In this review we will take a look at the ups and downs of the 21Bet mobile site and judge where improvement may be found.

How to Use the 21Bet App

As of writing this review, there is no 21Bet app available on either iOS or Android devices, however there is one in the works and it should not be too long before we see it. If Android users would like, they can attempt to download the app through an APK file, although we strongly discourage them from doing so due to the potential threats that may be present if the application is downloaded from third-party sites. Rather, we recommend waiting for the application to arrive on the Google Play Store before purchasing the application. For iOS users, when the app is available it should be present on the App Store after searching “21Bet app” into the search bar.

For now, users can access the 21Bet online website. This site looks much the same, if not identical to, a natural betting app that they would purchase from either app stores. The design is sleek, easy to navigate and there are no problems regarding smoothness of response to the users clicks.

In order to take advantage of everything that 21Bet has to offer, users can sign up by tapping the top right corner icon which will allow them to fill in a registration form. This process should not take any longer than five minutes. After this is finished, users are free to place bets, enjoy in-play odds and have a look at all there is to do with 21Bet.

21Bet App Features

21Bet always have their customers at the forefront of their thoughts and this is evident in the home screen layout. To the users left, there are various sports to choose from that are displayed in a clear manner. In the centre are advertisements for new and exciting offers open to customers who wish to enhance their chances of winning big, and as the user scrolls down further they will be drawn to the thrilling live action available at their fingertips. Near the top of the home screen is a search bar, where customers can look for anything that they desire and check up on the latest odds, markets and in-play action.  With 21Bet there is no end to the action and users have the opportunity to place bets whenever, however, on whatever they would like. Not only that, but there is a cool “Highlights” section to the bottom right of the promotions, showing the most popular events yet to take place in the coming hours and days.

Users can decide if they want to put money on an event prior to its beginning or as it takes place, with both pre-event and in-play betting on the site. There is good depth in terms of markets with 21Bet, offering a good range of options on even the most unknown leagues and matches. The odds are generous, with many other bookies struggling to keep up at times, ensuring customers that they are playing with a top-tier company. With regular enhanced odds, promotions, and much more, 21Bet is sure to keep users interested for quite some time.

21Bet has a neat cash out feature and puts users in the driving seat, allowing customers to take control and choose when to take their winnings or avoid a potential loss on a bet. “YourBet” is a feature which provides users with the choice to select what they believe will take place within an event and add them to their betslip. Unfortunately there is no live streaming service with 21Bet as there is with many other betting services, and that is one feature we would like to see included in the near future, perhaps alongside the upcoming app. This should not take away from the amazing variation of markets and prices though, so there’s no need to mark 21Bet down due to the lack of streaming.

21Bet Bonuses

As is the case with other bookmakers, there is a new customer bonus available when users join 21Bet. In this instance, users must deposit £10 and place a bet on an event with odds of at least 2.0. When the bet is settled, the user will receive a £10 bonus which must be wagered twice within seven days of the bonus being added to the account. T&C’s apply.

Another bonus from 21Bet right now is the 20% daily refund on in-play losses bonus, refunding up to a potential £100. The requirements for this are as follows: User must place a minimum of 5 in-play bets in a day between £10 and £100, with minimum odds of 1/2. Bets that exceed £100 will contribute a maximum of £100 to the users daily net losses. If the user has net losses between midnight and 23:59 each day, they will receive bonus funds equal to 20% of the value of their losses up to £100 (2x wagering). Finally, the bonus funds will be added on or prior to 2pm the next day and will be valid for 48 hours.

21Bet Payment Methods

There are four ways to deposit and withdraw funds with 21Bet, these include: Visa, MasterCard, Neteller and Skrill. There is a minimum withdrawal amount of £10 and a maximum withdrawal limit of £100000 per week. Of course, there is a slightly lengthy processing time when it comes to returning funds from the users 21Bet account to their payment method of choice and this can take up to 2-3 days, although many other payment methods take up to 5 days.

To withdraw funds, users simply click the withdrawal option and the website will put the account balance on screen. The user must then select the amount they would like to be withdrawn and where they would like the money to be placed.

21Bet Restricted Territories

21Bet is solely available in the UK and is unlikely to venture any further than that region as it only holds a license to operate in the UK. It is illegal for punters outside of the UK to use the website or create an account with 21Bet and therefore we discourage anyone from doing so. Users in the UK can continue to enjoy everything there is to play on 21Bet though!

21Bet Customer Support

21Bet can be contacted through email and their live chat service. The email address to contact is cshelp@21bet.com where users issues will be dealt with as quickly as possible, although we recommend that the live chat option be used as it is the most time efficient form of communication. The live chat service will see the user connected to an agent within seconds and when we made contact, our issues were resolved by a team of helpful, friendly members of 21Bet. To access the live chat service, users can visit the “contact us” section and select “live chat” from 9am-10pm 24/7.

21Bet Summary

For us, 21Bet is one of the finest betting companies in the industry. Their competitive odds, fantastic in-play options and variations of sports allows players to pick and choose whatever they would like to put their money on with peace of mind. Withdrawing and depositing funds is relatively quick compared to other sites too. The cash out feature gives users full control of their bets and creates a feeling of trust between the player and 21Bet, as does the “YourBet” option which frees up users to create bets of their liking. From our time using 21Bet it is easy to see why so many users have decided to create accounts with the bookmaker and we predict that once the application arrives it will compete alongside the bigger, richer firms in the market. There is no doubt that 21Bet have gotten the basics right with a smooth interface and easily navigable menus, as well as brilliant customer support. We can firmly say that 21Bet is recommendable to players new and old in the betting community.
