BetFred are an extremely well established UK bookmaker with over 50 years in the gambling industry. Founded in 1967 they have well over 1000 betting shops and are regulated by the UKGC and GLA. Recent years have seen them move online and they are functioning with aplomb. In 2011 BetFred bought the Tote group in an effort to enhance their position in the horse racing markets.
