Ridika is the place to be for those who love slots, table games, live games and much more with so many titles to choose from all year round. Licensed by the Government of Curacao, Ridika boasts favourites like Mines of Gold, Gold Vein, Wild Burning Wins, Under the Bed and many others, and this review will be examining the site from top to bottom. Here, we will come to a conclusion as to whether or not we believe our readers should try out Ridika or leave it be and wait for a better alternative.

How to Use the Ridika Mobile Betting App

iOS and Android

At the time of writing, Ridika don’t have an app out on either the App Store or Google Play Store. This is unfortunate considering the huge demand for such downloadable applications, but users can always add the site to their home-screen if they want it to feel like an app. There is also the option to access the site through their mobile browser which works very well. With this method, users will notice that the site acts exactly like a normal app, the only difference being that you can see that you are viewing from a browser.

Prior to beginning their journey with Ridika, users should make sure they have signed up with the site. This can be done by tapping the side menu on the left hand side and selecting “Signup”. Registration shouldn’t take too long and once completed users are free to do whatever they would like within the Ridika website, such as win prizes and play their favourite slots or table games.

Ridika App Features

Ridika is mainly a dark shade of blue, which is noticeable the moment you enter the site. At the top of the menu is a massive advertisement for their promotions and welcome offer, while below that section are various different segments containing Featured Games, Slots, Table Games, Live Games, All Games. Some of the Slots include the likes of Atlantis World, Caligula, Cafe de Paris, Wild Hunter and Terracotta Wilds, while the Table Games are Salon Prive, Roulette and Blackjack just to name a few.

Other than what we have mentioned above there are few features on Ridika, with Beartown perhaps being the most interesting part of the site. Here, users can earn achievements and get cool rewards, while also visiting the market or post office. Little is said about Beartown on the site, which is frustrating due to the fact it’s one of the main options on the side menu, but we feel that it is probably going to be improved upon in the near future.

Ridika Welcome Offer

This welcome offer from Ridika will make new customers feel well looked after as they can get a 300% bonus on their first deposit up to £2000 plus 66 free spins. On their second deposit, users will also be rewarded. This time they’ll get a 350% deposit bonus up to £2000. These free spins will be credited to a users’ account within 48 hours of the first deposit being made and after the player has wagered that deposit once. There is a minimum deposit limit of £20. A minimum wagering requirement of thirty times the sum of a users deposit plus their bonus is before withdrawing any funds applies.

Ridika Payment Methods

There are nine options for users to choose from when it comes to depositing funds into their Ridika account: Visa, Mastercard, Trustly, Skrill, Neteller, Zimpler, paysafecard, EntroPay, Bitcoin. There is a pending time of up to 74 hours after requesting a withdrawal from Ridika, which isn’t as fast as some other competitors in the market. A minimum withdrawal amount of £100 is also rather difficult to understand as it makes it hard for users to withdraw funds, with few casual players making it to £100 during their time on the site.

Ridika Restricted Countries

Much like other casinos on the market, Ridika also has a list of restricted countries. These territories include: Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Angola, Cambodia, Ecuador, Guyana, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kuwait, Lao, Myanmar, Namibia, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, South Korea, Sudan, Singapore, Syria, Spain, Taiwan, Uganda, USA, UK, Yemen, Zimbabwe. Users from these countries should not attempt to create an account with Ridika or try to use any of the features on the site as they will not be able to do so.

Ridika Customer Support

Three options are available for users who wish to get in touch with a member of Ridika’s support team. The first of these contact methods is through email at hello@ridika.com where they can receive a response within a certain amount of time, depending on how busy the service is. This service is active 24/7 as is the live chat feature which automatically connects users to an agent when they tap the icon in the bottom right hand corner. To call over the phone, users can ring +357 25 281876, however this is only available from 9am until 10pm.

Ridika App Summary

Ridika doesn’t offer very many features that put itself above the rest in the industry, although we are big fans of the welcome offer that comes with signing up on the site. It would be nice to see more promotions added, as well as additional options on the side menu such as a Promotions section and Help section. The Live Chat feature is handy, as is the email service, but we would like to see the phone helpline upgraded to a 24 hour service instead of lacking behind the other two options. Ridika offers a huge range of games to play and categories to select those games from, but we can’t help but feel that these categories could be laid out in a neater fashion that they currently are. Withdrawal times could be shortened, and more payment options would be nice to see. Overall, this site is recommendable to everyone is willing to put big money towards their slots or table games due to the high withdrawal limits.
